Ptme Testing Power Electronics Engineer

Responsible for validation, installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement of test processes and equipment for power electronics (power modules and inverters) used in electric vehicles.
This role ensures safe operation, functionality, HV/LV isolation, and thermal performance of the product through robust test methods in both subassemblies and final assembly (EOL).
It is a hands‐on role in manufacturing, focused on testing, not design.
Responsibilities
Validate the safe operation and functional performance of power modules and inverter assemblies, ensuring correct behavior under defined electrical conditions and production constraints.
Execute and interpret HV isolation tests (HiPot / insulation resistance), confirming proper separation between high‐voltage and low‐voltage circuits and ensuring compliance with safety requirements.
