PTP Manager (Oracle E-Business Suite/R12)

The role is responsible for managing APAC Purchase to Pay (P2P) Team and leading the optimization and improvement across P2P teams. This position is reported to the Head, CFS P2P and is part of Leadership team in Centre of Financial Services (CFS).

Responsibilities

• Manage professional associates and/or supervisors and oversee and maintain full ownership and accountability of the end-to-end P2P processes, ensuring smooth delivery service for customers with a strong focus on achieving measurable results.
• Identify opportunities & lead process innovation (e.g., RPA, AI, Continuous Improvement) and implement best practices that lead to measurable improvements in cost, cycle time, and compliance for P2P regions.
• Provide training for team members as requested and offer guidance.
• Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges & provides guidance to associates, colleagues and/or customers.
