PTP Supervisor

Work Locations: UAE Shared Service Centre Ras Al Khaimah, Ras Al Khaimah Resort & Spa, Al Maareedh Street, Ras Al Khaimah (TBD)

The COE PTP Supervisor provides Accounts Payable and Payroll support to hotels supported by the Centre of Excellence (COE). The role reports to the COE PTP Team Lead.

• Support the COE PTP Specialist with any Accounts Payable and Payroll related queries
• Focus on effective communication between hotels and the COE PTP Team
• Control the quality of work of the COE PTP Specialists
• Lead Accounts Payable and Payroll process improvement projects
• Review balance sheet reconciliations for Accounts Payable and Payroll accounts
• Review month‑end vendor ageing reports and ensure reports reconcile and balance against the general ledger
