Job Description
The COE PTP Supervisor is responsible for providing Accounts Payable and Payroll support to the hotels that are supported by the Centre of Excellence (COE). The role reports to the COE PTP Team Lead.
**What will I be doing?**
+ Support the COE PTP Specialist with any Accounts Payable and Payroll related queries
+ Focus on effective communication between hotels and the COE PTP Team
+ Controlling quality of work of the COE PTP Specialists
+ Accounts Payable and Payroll process improvement projects
+ Review balance sheet reconciliations for Accounts Payable and Payroll accounts
+ Review month end vendor ageing reports and ensure reports reconcile and balance against the general ledger
+ Help coach the team in effective payment process and managing vendor accounts
+ Guide the team during month end for accounts payable and payroll
+ Ensure SOX compliance for Accounts Payable and payroll function and continuous training for team members
