**Opportunity**

Keeps all lobbies and public facilities (such as lobby restrooms, dining areas, the front desk, and offices) in a neat and clean condition. Public Area Attendant promotes a positive image of the property to members and must be pleasant, honest, friendly and should also able to address guest requests and problems. Position also acts as turndown attendant refreshing member rooms early evening.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Cleans public sitting rooms, public hallways and all public restrooms throughout the mansion
+ Cleans and maintains dining room, boardroom and occasionally spa area.
+ Sweep, vacuum and mop flooring throughout public areas. Posting caution signs when appropriate.
+ Polishes furniture, fixtures and railings as needed per venue.
+ Vacuums and polishes elevators.
