Public Art Research and Proposal Coordinator

Hours: 15-20 hours per week; EST

Position Summary:

We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Research and Proposal Coordinator to support our business development efforts. This is a part-time, fully remote position hours/week) focused on opportunity research and proposal assembly. Potential for increased hours and expanded responsibilities as the practice grows.

Key Responsibilities

Opportunity Research & Tracking (40-50% of time):

• Daily monitoring of public art RFQ platforms (Call for Entry, , CodaWorx, Submittable, etc.)

• Research government RFPs for creative placemaking and consulting services (OpenGov, InstantMarkets, , state/municipal portals)

• Research private sector real estate development projects in target markets (MA, NH, RI, CT, NY, NJ, MD, VA, DC, CA)

• Log opportunities in CRM with key details (deadline, budget, location, requirements)
