Job Description

• Community Health Assessment: Conduct health assessments and screenings to identify specific health needs, trends, and risk factors within communities in Islamabad.
• Health Education and Promotion: Develop and implement health education programs and campaigns on topics such as nutrition, hygiene, disease prevention (e.g., vaccination drives), and healthy lifestyles for diverse populations (schools, community centers, homes).
• Disease Prevention and Control: Investigate communicable diseases, conduct contact tracing, organize and run immunization programs and screenings (e.g., TB testing), and implement control strategies during outbreaks and public health emergencies.
• Direct Patient Care (Community Settings): Provide direct nursing services and support to individuals and families in various community settings, including home visits, clinics, and schools, often for at-risk or underserved populations.
