Job Description
Drive communications and fundraising efforts as a Public Relations and Fundraising Specialist. Oversee media relations while developing strategies to support a major capital campaign.
In this important role, you will enhance the organization’s brand through effective public messaging and increase outreach awareness. You will work on developing comprehensive fundraising strategies and managing essential relationships with donors and community partners. Additionally, lead the capital campaign in preparation for a new facility set to open in February 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic communication plans
• Write press releases and media-related content
• Build and sustain relationships with media contacts
• Create and execute a fundraising plan
• Lead planning and execution of a capital campaign

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant fields
