JOB OVERVIEW:

The External Relations & Communications Lead (Head of Brand Communications) is responsible for managing and elevating how the brand shows up in the public eye - across press, media, sponsorships, talent appearances, and strategic partnerships.

This role acts as the primary representative and public-facing voice of the brand, ensuring that all external narratives are consistent, ASC-compliant, and brand-building. The ideal candidate brings a blend of PR discipline, brand instinct, and confident partner/media-facing communication, and can transform sponsorships, athlete engagements, and campaign milestones into earned media wins and brand equity growth.

Note: While this role is internally titled as External Relations & Communications Lead, it may be referred to publicly (e.g., in events or media) as Head of Brand Communications or Spokesperson depending on the setting and audience.
