Public Relations Officer (5 Days) (Luxury Project)

Overview

The Public Relations Officer (PRO) will be responsible for managing all stakeholder communications and community relations for an active, large-scale luxury project in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for public enquiries, feedback, and complaints arising from construction activities
• Manage community and stakeholder relations including residents, businesses, and nearby occupants
• Conduct door-to-door engagement, briefings, and site walkabouts when required
• Prepare and distribute public notices on construction activities such as night works, road diversions, crane operations, and noisy works
• Liaise with relevant authorities including LTA, BCA, PUB, HDB, NEA, and Town Councils on public-facing matters
• Log, track, and follow up on public complaints in accordance with company SOPs and authority requirements
