Responsibilities

• Communicate the available maintenance programs or schemes to relevant stakeholders.
• Arrange appointments with applicants or unit owners for site visits, to discuss decisions and schedule upcoming work.
• Clearly explain the purpose and scope of the maintenance work to applicants or unit owners, ensuring their satisfaction with the process.
• Address and follow up on any feedback provided by applicants or unit owners.
• Provide hotline support for maintenance-related inquiries.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance teams to carry out work at designated units.
• Respond to public feedback regarding the services or work delivered under the program.
• Assist the Project Manager with tasks related to the maintenance program.
