Public Relations Officer (PRO) - Development & Permitting

We are seeking a highly experienced Permitting Supervisor to lead our project approval strategies in Dubai. This is a critical role reporting directly to the Project Director, requiring a strategic mind who can navigate the complexities of Dubai’s municipal regulations and resolve approval bottlenecks through a deep-rooted local network.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Approval Management: Lead the full lifecycle of government approval milestones, serving as the strategic bridge between the project team and authorities.
• Authority Liaison (DM Focus): Independently drive processes with Dubai Municipality (DM) , specifically regarding Change of Use permits, updating Affection Plans , and securing Planning/Building Permits (PD/DD).
