Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle, communicate and resolve conflicts, feedbacks and complaints pertaining to the project
- Manage and attend to enquiries, feedback and complaints from public and stakeholders
- Arrange and attend dialogue sessions with the client, resident committees, Citizens’ Consultative Committees, Town Councils and any party as directed by the Board or the Client
- Conduct regular visits to residents and tenants affected by the works to gather feedback and keep them posted of work schedule changes and impact
- Develop positive relationship and maintain good rapport with residents and different stakeholders
- Participate in project’s meetings, record minutes of meetings pertaining to the assigned project
- Maintain proper record of all PR cases, correspondences and communication materials
