Client Servicing:
• To manage group of clients / major clients proactively, with maturity and confidence.
• To be the face of the firm with client(s), media and vendor partners.
• To initiate and maintain cordial relationships with the clients and media
• To help in strategizing, planning and implementing of activities
• To create robust, yet feasible plans and strategies in detail so as to execute them seamlessly.
• To take complete ownership of the account and be aware of all the relevant details about the client at all points in time
• To review drafts created by juniors of all documents for the client – minutes, press releases, plans,
review documents etc. and finalize the same in consultation with your supervisor.
