On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our B2B Sales team in Peru. This bilingual role (English/Spanish) will focus on selling Huawei's solutions and services to Public Sector entities, local authorities, educational institutions, healthcare and related organizations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public sector bidding and procurement procedures, proven experience with Works for Taxes (Obras por Impuestos, OXI) projects, and public infrastructure projects under the frameworks of the IDB and World Bank. You should also have a well-established network of high-level contacts in both public sector and business spheres, ensuring successful management of public and social infrastructure tenders and projects.
