**Solution Lead – Central Government**
Role Purpose
The Solution Lead – Central Government is a senior technical leadership role responsible for shaping, designing, and governing complex technology solutions for UK Central Government departments. Acting as the visible technical authority, the Solution Lead works closely with Client Partners and senior customer stakeholders to align technology strategy with business outcomes, policy constraints, and delivery realities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical leader for assigned Central Government departments.
- Analyse customer technology environments and legacy estates.
- Lead solution architecture and design aligned to business goals, budgets, and timelines.
