Public Tender Proposals Lead

RailPros is seeking a Proposal Manager in Monterrey, Nuevo León to lead the proposal response process in a challenging and fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing bidding documents, ensuring compliance with Mexican regulations, and managing all necessary proposal documentation.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience, and strong communication and technical writing skills. A positive attitude and ability to multitask are essential.
