Reporting to the Assistant Editor, this internship provides an opportunity to learn about the publishing process. You will engage with submissions, help prepare editorial materials, and conduct research on potential acquisitions. Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in Editorial meetings and take notes
• Complete backup reads and assist in editorial documentation
• Prepare metadata for frontlist and backlist titles
• Conduct market research for new book titles
• Write cover design briefs for publications
