Contribute to the dynamic Editorial team at HarperCollins Canada as a Publishing Intern in Toronto. Enjoy a hybrid full-time position and develop essential publishing skills over three months.
Reporting to the Assistant Editor, this internship provides an opportunity to learn about the publishing process. You will engage with submissions, help prepare editorial materials, and conduct research on potential acquisitions. Depending on interests, you'll also have the chance to explore various publishing functions that align with your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in Editorial meetings and take notes
• Complete backup reads and assist in editorial documentation
• Prepare metadata for frontlist and backlist titles
