What You'll Drive
Assist in the preparation and administration of all purchasing activities for materials and services, including:Receiving Purchase Requisitions (PRs)Issuing Requests for Quotation (RFQs)Preparing Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinating with vendorsFollowing up on deliveries and payments
Support the Purchasing Team / Purchasing Supervisor in preparing Purchase Orders and departmental reports.
Assist in expediting material deliveries to ensure timely arrival at project sites.
Prepare internal documents such as memos, reports, bid analyses, vendor creation forms, and other procurement-related files.
