Purchase Assistant

Icon Plus International is seeking a responsible and proactive Procurement Assistant to manage both indoor and outdoor procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement documentation and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers in the local market.
• Conduct market visits for sourcing and price evaluation.
• Purchase mechanical, electrical, and hardware items as required.
• Manage delivery follow-ups and stock coordination.
• Support administrative and reporting tasks.

Requirements:

• Intermediate / Undergraduate qualification.
• Relevant experience in procurement preferred.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Must have own bike for outdoor market visits.
• Familiar with local market vendors.
• Candidates residing near Saddar/ Garden will be preferred.
