Purchase Assistant

Responsibilities Process purchase orders for both internal andexternal customers Liaise with suppliers on pricing, quotations,and delivery timelines Negotiate pricing and terms with supplierswhere required Monitor inventory levels and ensure timelystock replenishment Conduct monthly stock take and maintainaccurate inventory records Handle outlet stock replenishment andcoordination Maintain and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS),PSB certificates, and test reports Ensure proper documentation and filing ofprocurement records
Requirements Minimum O-Level or equivalent qualification At least 1 year of relevant working experiencepreferred Basic knowledge of procurement and inventoryprocesses Good communication and negotiation skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able tomultitask
