Job Description

Role:
Our client a well established interior design business are looking for an immediate, temporary, Accounts Payable Clerk to assist them for 3 months. You will be responsible for following duties:
Process high volumes of supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper authorisation
Match, batch, and code invoices in line with company procedures
Prepare and process payment runs (BACS, CHAPS, or international payments)
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records
Respond to supplier queries in a professional and timely manner
System - Navision
Profile:
The successful, temporary Accounts Payable Clerk will have have 3+ years experience in Accounts Payable and have strong Excel skills.
You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.
