Responsibilities

• Manage the outsourced payables provider and support ongoing relationship.
• Overseeing outsourced accounts payable and expense activities to ensure accurate processing in a timely manner.
• Establishing and managing PO’s in a timely and efficient manner.
• Drive best practice and advise colleagues on operational Requisition-to-Pay procurement processes.
• Ensure proactive follow-up of key internal stakeholders and establish professional and positive relationships with suppliers.
• Statement reconciliation.
• Overseeing twice monthly payment runs.
• Ensure the timely processing of Month End Activities.
