Hours: 32 hours per week (flexible start and finish times)

Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 1 day from home (after initial training)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and check Purchase Orders (POs) for accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform purchase ledger duties, including invoice processing and reconciliations.
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable tasks when required.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely payments.
  • Use SAGE accounting software for day-to-day tasks.
