Purchase Manager - Neutraceuticals & Cosmetics division

Job Summary Assist the Purchase Department in sourcing, evaluating, and procuring nutraceutical and cosmetic products while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Support vendor coordination, documentation, and inventory planning. Key Responsibilities 1. Purchase raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods required for production. 2. Ensure timely availability of ingredients, bottles, labels, cartons, and other materials. 3. Identify and develop reliable suppliers and vendors. 4. Compare quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules. 5. Prepare and release Purchase Orders (POs). 6. Coordinate with Production, R&D, Quality, Stores, and Finance departments. 7. Maintain proper purchase records, invoices, and supplier documents. 8. Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory. 9. Ensure all purchased materials meet quality and safety standards. 10.
