Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Supply Chain Management, Accounting,Finance, IT, or related field
Minimum 1–3 years of experience inpurchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations
Experience in telecommunications,construction, or project-based industries is anadvantage
Familiarity with ERP / procurementsystems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of PO lifecycle andprocurement processes
Knowledge of PR-to-PO conversion andcontract-based purchasing
Basic understanding of tax, VAT, and invoicingrequirements
Strong documentation and record management skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create, review, and release Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved Purchase Requisitions (PRs)
Ensure PO details (price, quantity, scope, tax,delivery terms) are accurate and compliant with:
oApproved budgets
oContracts and price lists
oAuthority matrix and procurement policies
