Purchase Order Specialist

Job Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in order expedition or related field
Experience in delivery tracking, supplier coordination, managing POs, and maintaining order/shipment records
BPO experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or related course
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of procurement, logistics, Incoterms, and contracts
Job Summary:
Responsible for tracking, monitoring, and following up with suppliers the product delivery in accordance with the terms and conditions of Craig International. The
incumbent is expected to generate weekly expediting reports, escalate overdue purchase orders (Pos) and maintain on-time delivery without exceptions.
