Purchase Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and monitor ticket and service purchases based on demand
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners to confirm availability, pricing, and terms
• Ensure accuracy of bookings, invoices, and purchase records
• Resolve purchase-related issues such as discrepancies, cancellations, or changes
• Support inventory and cost control to maintain profitability and service quality

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year BPO experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities (preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency
• Comfortable using online booking systems, spreadsheets, and CRM tools
• Basic understanding of purchasing, operations, or travel/tourism services is an advantage
