Purchase & Supply-Chain Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and ensure cost-effectiveness for all purchases
• Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of all purchase orders
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including production, sales, and finance to align procurement activities with overall business objectives

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required
• Possession of relevant certifications, such as APICS or CIPS, is highly desirable
