Purchaser (Construction – Fit-Out Projects)

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchaser to join our team for construction projects, primarily focused on fit-out works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing construction materials, tools, and services while ensuring cost-efficiency and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source suppliers and request quotations for construction and fit-out materials
• Compare prices and negotiate terms with vendors
• Prepare and process purchase orders
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure on-time arrival of materials
• Coordinate with project engineers, warehouse, and accounting team
• Maintain updated supplier database and records
• Ensure quality and compliance of purchased materials
