About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Purchaser to join our team at HHR SETIA SDN. BHD. in Negeri Sembilan. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in our construction operations, managing the procurement of materials, equipment and services to support our projects.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying, evaluating and selecting suitable suppliers to meet our construction material and service requirements
• Negotiating favourable terms and prices with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement
• Preparing and issuing purchase orders, contracts and other procurement documentation
• Monitoring and expediting orders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Maintaining accurate records and inventory of purchased items
