• Must be able to speak and write in Chinese language.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers for competitive pricing and terms.
• Tabulate price comparison, conduct tender interview, negotiate prices, perform cost analysis & make recommendation of award.
• To liaise with suppliers on deliveries, complaints and market development.
• In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules.
• Manage with import procedures as well as interfacing with oversea vendors.
• Maintain records and information for subsequent evaluation and monitoring purposes.
• Follow up delivery orders & invoices from suppliers.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
