Broad Function

• Negotiate, source and purchase materials at the lowest possible cost without compromising on price quality and delivery
• Work as a team - Assist Material Manager or Senior Buyer for all purchasing issues

Principal Responsibilities :

• Source and purchase of materials based on the Materials Purchase Requisition
• Maintain accurate data entry of purchase PO status on MRP system and spreadsheet
• Send RFQ, analyze the quotation, recommend, negotiate  before PO confirmation
• Monitor the Purchase  to ensure the delivery fulfillment
• Liaise with suppliers on the goods reject, return and repair
