Job Description:
1. To handle purchase requisition and orders requested by sales representatives
2. Prepare and issue Purchase Order to supplier in the promptly manner
3. Responsible in monitoring stock levels and place orders as needed
4. Keep tracking and updating on goods purchasing and receiving
5. To update orders, inventory and pricing in database
6. To review the quality of purchased product
7. Source for new vendor and negotiate for the purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services
8. Coordinate with Store Department, Sales Department, and Account Department on purchasing matters to ensure smooth operation
9. To act as backup for Assistant Head of Department and Head of Department's task
10. To perform other tasks as required by superior
