Purchaser Officer

Arterra Hotel & Resort is looking for Purchasing Officer located at Punta Engaño, Lapu Lapu Cebu. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for procuring necessary supplies and materials for our hotel, as well as safely transporting these items.

What you'll be doing:

1. Research and source the most cost-effective and reliable suppliers of goods and materials required by the hotel and resort operations
2. Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible prices and terms
3. Place purchase orders, track deliveries, and manage inventory levels
4. Liaise with managers to understand their purchasing needs
5. Efficiently and safely transport purchased goods to the appropriate properties
6. Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and expenditures
7. Identify opportunities to streamline purchasing processes and reduce costs
