Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement & Sourcing: Identify and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability. Maintain positive vendor relationships and negotiate for favorable terms. Prepare, place, and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery
Inventory Monitoring: Coordinate with the kitchen and operations teams to monitor inventory levels. Forecast purchasing needs based on stock levels and usage trends. Prevent shortages by ensuring optimal stock replenishment
Cost Management: Track market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure purchases adhere to budget constraints and quality standards. Maintain updated records of prices, invoices, and related documentation
Logistics & Coordination: Coordinate deliveries and schedules with suppliers and internal teams. Address delays, discrepancies, or damaged items promptly
