RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality products at the best price.
• Process purchase requests from various hotel departments promptly and accurately.
• Maintain and update supplier records, price lists, and purchase documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to anticipate supply needs.
• Prepare and track purchase orders, delivery receipts, and related reports.
