The Role
Support the company's procurement & supply chain operations by purchasing, and managing the flow of materials and services required for manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

1. Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation

2. Identify, evaluate, and maintain a supplier database.

3. Conduct market research to find new vendors and advantageous pricing.

4. Quotation & Negotiation

5. Request, compare, and assess quotations based on price, quality, and delivery.

6. Negotiate terms and pricing to achieve cost savings.

7. Purchase Order Management

8. Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) according to company policies.

9. Monitor PO acknowledgement and follow up delivery schedules.

10. Inventory & Stock Control

11. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate orders to ensure stock availability.
