Requirements

• Experienced in handling oversea shipments & logistic related job scopes
• Experienced in purchasing related job scopes
• Familiar with excel calculation & SQL accounting software
• Good knowledge of relevant logistic & custom arrangement, conditions, practices and procedures.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• NON-HALAL (business nature related to alcohol)

Responsibility

• Liaise with the internal department to ensure shipments are being handled promptly and delivered on-time.
• Handle all custom formalities with customs and other authorities with regards to custom clearance.
• Manage forwarding activities and ensure that import and export goods are cleared in a timely manner.
