  Job Description 
 The successful candidate will be responsible for leading procurement activities on-site, which includes managing both materials and services. Key responsibilities include:
 Establishing and maintaining a network of suppliers for spares, tools, consumables, and services.
 Negotiating contracts and agreements for materials and services.
 Regularly following up with suppliers to address material deliveries, services, claims, and complaints.
 Tracking and reporting on supplier performance.
 Collaborating with the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) team to identify at least two qualified suppliers for each material/service.
 Working with the O&M team to identify and establish preferred suppliers.
 Continuously striving to reduce lead times and streamline work processes.
 Monitoring and reporting on material and service purchases on a monthly and yearly basis.
