• 1. Canvassing of goods and minor services.
• 1. Procuring goods and supplies and expediting delivery.
• 1. Supplier development, sourcing, and accreditation process.
• 1. Assist in the bidding process, monitor compliances of bidders to requirements, communicate and coordinate with bidders.
• 1. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, activity owners and team members to clarify product or service specifications/ requirements.
• 1. Assist Procurement Superintendent/Officer in any purchasing activity.

KPIs:

• 1. Zero incident of missing purchased goods and supplies through proper delineation of functions between the Purchaser and user/requestor.
