Responsibilities

• Accurately receive and log details of all incoming deliveries (products, quantities, and any discrepancies) Transfer Out for warehouse return and defective stock withdrawal for direct delivery suppliers
• Processing of goods return
• Enter data into SAP or database in a timely and accurate manner
• Verify the received goods against purchase orders, sales invoice, and shipment documents
• Ensure the correct Pick List and allocation of products
• Communicate with the purchasers regarding any discrepancies or issues with incoming deliveries
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of Sales Invoices, Receiving Reports, Purchase Order, and Inventory updates
• Assist in organizing and storing received products in the appropriate areas of the warehouse
• Perform regular checks to verify that received items match the ordered items in terms of quantity, quality, and specifications
