About the role

Join NINE TREE DESIGN SDN. BHD. as a Purchasing Admin. This is a full-time role based in Johor Bahru Johor. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting the purchasing and procurement functions of the company to ensure smooth operations.

What you'll be doing

• Processing purchase orders, monitoring order status, and following up with suppliers
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Coordinating with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements
• Liaising with suppliers to negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and other terms
• Generating purchasing reports and analysing data to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Assisting with the implementation of purchasing policies and procedures
• Providing administrative support to the purchasing team as needed
