Job Description

The Purchasing Administrator is responsible for the operational execution of procurement activities supporting multiple global operations, including the Kuala Lumpur facility, UK operations, and Rest of World (ROW) locations. This role serves as a vital link between internal stakeholders and suppliers by processing purchase requisitions (PRs), converting them into purchase orders (POs), and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services across multiple time zones and regions. The role includes close collaboration with the UK-based Accounts Payable team to ensure seamless three-way matching, invoice processing, and payment workflows. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, clear communication with both suppliers and internal teams globally, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site manufacturing environment.
