Purchasing Allocator

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels across all locations and ensure appropriate product allocation to meet sales and demand forecasts.
• Analyze sales trends and historical data to support allocation and purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with buyers and planners to execute allocation strategies in line with business objectives.
• Communicate with suppliers to track order status, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and update purchase orders, allocation schedules, and related documentation in inventory and ERP systems.
• Work with logistics and warehouse teams to manage stock transfers and optimize supply chain processes.
• Prepare and present reports on stock movements, allocation performance, and purchase order statuses.
• Support the purchasing team with administrative tasks such as data entry, invoice matching, and supplier correspondence.
