Alsai Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic Purchasing and Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Rasa, Selangor. This full-time position plays a crucial role in managing the procurement and financial aspects of our manufacturing and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

• Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favourable terms for raw materials, components and services
• Preparing purchase orders, tracking deliveries and ensuring timely receipt of goods
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and implementing just-in-time procurement strategies
• Processing invoices, making payments and reconciling accounts payable
• Liaising with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver efficient procurement solutions
