Purchasing and Inventory Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in purchasing raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and supplies for daily operations
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment to prevent stockouts or spoilage
• Track stock movement, deliveries, and usage for bakery/café operations
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, pricing, lead times, and deliveries
• Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory records, including invoices and delivery receipts
• Support cost control and inventory accuracy through proper documentation and regular stock checks

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain (F&B or retail is an advantage)
