Purchasing Assistant

Position: Purchasing Assistant | Ponta Aguda District – Blumenau/SC
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break
Employment Type: CLT (Permanent Employment Contract)
Responsibilities:
Assist with national and international purchasing processes, including quotations, order follow-up, and supplier communication.
Support the verification and organization of import-related documents, such as invoices, packing lists, Import Declarations (DI), and other required documentation.
Conduct follow-ups with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation companies, monitoring the progress of orders and shipments.
Update purchasing and foreign trade controls, reports, and records.
Monitor delivery deadlines to ensure compliance with established schedules.
Support negotiations regarding commercial terms, deadlines, and purchasing processes.
