Purchasing Assistant

PURCHASE TRANSACTIONS

• Coordinate all YC and Palay purchases with Warehouse Department
• Arrange & communicate with suppliers schedule of pick up and deliveries;
• Assign daily trip schedule and personnel in-charge for all booked/scheduled pick up;
• Facilitate online payments of purchases to customer's bank accounts;
• Coordinate and confirm online payments with customers;
• Constant communication with suppliers.

PRICE MONITORING

• Monitor YC and palay prices of competing traders;
• Regular reporting of updated palay and YC prices to the Director/Chief Finance Officer.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, or any related course
• Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier sourcing, canvassing, price comparison, and purchase order preparation
