Purchasing Assistant

Overview

We are hiring for a Purchasing Assistant at This AG, a Rayner Group Company! You will provide operational and administrative support to the Technical Purchasing team at This AG. The Purchasing Assistant ensures smooth day-to-day purchasing activities, accurate data management, supplier communication on routine matters, and compliance with medical device regulations. The role focuses on transactional purchasing and administrative support. Please note that this role is 100% workload (Monday-Friday) and is based on-site at our HQ in Heerbrugg, Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Raise and place purchase orders in line with company procedures.
• Lead routine and non-technical purchasing, including office supplies, facilities requirements, and other indirect spend.
